For the Curl-Up and the Push-up: A metronome set to 40 BPM can be found through a simple online search for "metronome" on most cell phones. This will provide 1 beat every 1.5 seconds. The test requires one curl-up and one push-up every 3 seconds. This metronome setting will be sufficient for an up-down cadence.
