CWCV Open Enrollment Window For Spring Semester 2024-25: November 1st (DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION November 20th, at 3:00pm)
Dear Potential Parent/Guardian
If you are interested in enrolling your child for the Spring 2024-25 semester, please complete the interest form by clicking on this LINK. Enrollment is not guaranteed and also based on Teacher availability in your service area. Students will be placed as open spots become available once the lottery has taken place. If we have enough open spots for all who apply, a lottery will not be necessary.
If needed, CWCV Lottery Drawing will take place Friday, November 22nd at 1:30pm.
A randomizer will be used as a tool to assist in the selection order in which we will be filling any available spots for the Spring enrollment of the 2024-25 school year. Emails will go out to families that will be invited to fill those openings. There is a response period to finalize your online registration. If the family selected no longer wishes to participate we will move to the next family in line.
Thank you once again for your interest and patience during this process.
See our enrollment information page for more information regarding enrollment.
