Tiger 101 Curriculum is given out to all new families who start with CWCS Schools and complete the Tiger 101 Training. Families will be offered Core Curriculum Sets first, but if a family already has a curriculum of choice, they will be given the Supplemental Concepts and Skills Review Curriculum.
Parents can contact their ES for additional resources that correlate to the curriculum they chose to take from the Tiger 101 Training. Parents should also inquire with their ES about digital supplemental programs provided to students upon enrollment (as budget allows) such as iReady Reading and Math (Grades K-9), MobyMax English Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies (Grades K-8), Education Galaxy English Language Arts, Math, Science and Reading (Grades K-8) , and My Access Writing (Grades 4-12). All students are encouraged to use these programs regularly.
Core Curriculum Sets
Families who choose Core Curriculum Sets with students in grades K-8 will receive:
1.Journeys ELA at grade level (including primary Student Edition with Workbooks)
2.Go Math at grade level (including primary Student Edition with Workbooks)
Families who choose Core Curriculum Sets with students in grades 9-12 will receive:
1.Collections ELA at grade level (including primary Student Edition with Workbooks)
2.Analyze, Connect, and Explore (ACE) Algebra 1 if student has not yet passed Algebra 1 (including primary Student Edition with Workbooks)
Your ES can provide you with training links for the above programs.
Supplemental Concepts and Skills Review (CSR) Curriculum
Families who choose CSR with students in grades K-8 will receive:
1. Core Skills Reading at grade level
2. On Core Math at grade level
3. Core Skills Science at grade level
Families who chose CSR with students in grades 9-12 will receive:
1. On Core Math at subject level (Algebra 1, Geometry, or Algebra 2)
2 ACT Coach ELA
3. ACT Coach Science
