At Connecting Waters Charter Schools, we prioritize fostering strong relationships among staff, parents, and the broader community. We are dedicated to addressing concerns in a timely and collaborative manner to ensure the best outcomes for everyone involved.

We understand that challenges may occasionally arise within our schools, programs, or departments. In such instances, we believe the most effective solutions come from addressing issues directly at their source. Open communication and proactive engagement between the parties involved are encouraged, with support from administrators, counselors, or other school staff as needed.

While we aim to resolve most concerns informally and at the local level, we recognize that some situations may require additional measures. For those instances, we are committed to providing a structured process to address concerns fairly and constructively.
